Advance Austrailia

Advance is a government-funded non-profit that acts as a professional network for global Aussies. We were approached to rethink their brand from the ground up— everything from their mission to their verbal and visual identity. There was only one problem: no one on the team had ever actually been to Australia. This meant we needed to develop a strong partnership with our clients, do the research, and fully immerse ourselves in the work. What we learned in the end is that even though we’re from different parts of the world we all share one thing: home.

My personal favorite part of this work was helping them define their voice and tone through a series of guided workshops. These workshops are designed to feel almost like a game, but give the inputs needed to craft a verbal identity that is useful, repeatable, and ownable. Another cool thing to note: I composed the score for the unveil video above.
